Return/Exchange Policy

A return merchandise authorization is required for all returns. Returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date. Your order must be returned to the merchant shipper in order to receive full product credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you. 

To be eligible for a Return/Exchange at the website, original purchase must be made at the website and accompanied with original receipt of purchase.

All Returns/Exchanges must be new and in original packaging.

If there is a manufacturing defect, product may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase, some exclusions apply*.

*Not valid on custom ordered product (i.e custom golf clubs, custom baseball/softball gloves, etc)

*Baseball and Softball Bats-cannot be returned once original wrapping is removed. Maple and beech wood are not warranted.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items are always applied to the original payment method used to place your order. This would include the original credit card, PayPal account, or Bill Me Later account that was used at the time of purchase. Refunds to your credit card typically take up to 7 business days to process and post to your credit card statement. Depending on the your billing cycle, it can take 1 to 2 billing cycles for their refund to post to your account.
